How to launch your first Campaign?

Now that your leads are meticulously curated and primed in your database, it is time to transition from preparation to performance.

If Leads are the fuel, then the Campaign is the high-performance engine that drives your LinkedIn strategy forward.

Launching your first campaign is the moment you turn static data into dynamic, human-centric conversations.

In this guide, we will show you how to link your newly created audience to a strategic sequence that scales your outreach while maintaining a personal touch.

1. Click on the 'Campaigns' tab in the left sidebar.

2. Click on the 'New Campaign' button.

3. Provide the necessary information.

To initiate your automated outreach, begin by entering a unique Campaign Name that clearly defines your mission objectives, such as a specific region or target industry.

Following this, select the specific Audience you wish to target from your pre-loaded lead groups to ensure your automation engine is directed toward the right professionals.

To maintain the highest level of professional etiquette and protect your LinkedIn reputation, utilize the advanced Exclude Options.

These strategic filters allow you to automatically skip leads who are already engaged in other missions, messaged by different team members, or previously contacted by the same sender, thereby preventing redundant interactions and ensuring a sophisticated experience for your prospects.

Exclude leads contacted from other Cold Navigator campaign:

▪ This ensures a global mission safety. By checking this, you prevent the system from reaching out to individuals who are already active in any of your other campaigns. It is essential

for maintaining a clean, non-spammy presence.

Exclude leads messaged by other senders:

▪ The ultimate tool for team synergy. This option skips any leads that have already received messages from other members in your workspace. It prevents multiple

teammates from targeting the same professional, preserving your brand’s integrity.

Exclude leads contacted by same sender from other Cold Navigator campaign:

▪ This focuses on your personal interaction history. It prevents you from re-contacting the same lead if you have already targeted them in a previous mission,

ensuring your automated narrative always feels fresh and intentional.

3. Choose your added LinkedIn sender.

3. Click on the 'Action' button.

When you click the "Add Action" button, you are essentially defining the touchpoints of your professional relationship.

A sequence is more than just a series of messages; it is a smart workflow designed to mimic natural human behavior.

By combining these five distinct actions, you create a sophisticated journey that guides your leads from first discovery to a closed deal.

- Send Connection Request

Sends a request to join the lead's professional network.

- If Connection

The "If Connection" action serves as the dynamic brain of your campaign sequence.

Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, this conditional gate checks the current relationship status between

you and your lead in real-time. It acts as a strategic fork in the road, ensuring that your automation adapts its behavior based on whether

a professional connection already exists or not.

- Send Message

Sends a direct message (DM) to a lead who is already in your network. This is where you deliver your value proposition and initiate a dialogue.

- View Profile

Automatically visits the lead's profile. This notifies them of your interest and creates a "soft touchpoint" before you send an actual request or message.

- Follow

Follows the lead's professional updates. This allows you to stay updated with their activity without necessarily being direct connections yet.
