How to Invite Team Members and manege Rol-based permissions in Cold Navigator?


Scaling your LinkedIn operations requires a synchronized team effort. Cold Navigator simplifies this process through a dedicated Members management hub. By inviting collaborators directly to your workspace, you can distribute workloads, assign specific roles, and maintain a high-performance outreach environment with total transparency.



1. Access Members Hub
  • Navigate to "Settings" on the left sidebar, select the "Members" tab, and click the "Invite Member" button on the right.




2. Configure & Dispatch
  • Enter your colleague's email in the right-side menu, select their Role, and click "Send Invitation" to trigger the automated invite.


  • Viewer

Can view campaigns, leads, and analytics. Ideal for stakeholders who need to monitor performance without making changes.

  • Member

Can create and manage campaigns, add leads, and view analytics. Cannot access billing or invite other members.

  • Admin

Full access to all features including settings, billing, and team management. Can invite and remove team members.





Important Note on Team Expansion: To maintain system integrity, the "Members" tab is exclusively designed for inviting new professionals who are not yet part of the Cold Navigator ecosystem. If the individual you wish to collaborate with is already an existing member of Cold Navigator, you cannot dispatch an invite through the Members section. Instead, you must navigate to the Workspaces area and add them directly to your specific workspace environment to grant them access.






Transitioning Roles


In a high-growth environment, the responsibilities of your team members may evolve. Cold Navigator allows you to modify existing user roles seamlessly to match their current mission objectives. Whether you are promoting a member to a managerial position or fine-tuning permissions, our interface ensures that authority transitions are handled with technical precision.


1. Access Controls


Navigate to Settings > Workspace, click the three-dot menu next to the target workspace, and select "Settings and members".



2. Update Status


In the right-side menu, go to the Members tab and use the dropdown menu next to the user to select their new role.
